Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy – SEODROME Digital Marketing Agency

1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

• the service has already been fully performed and the consumer has expressly agreed that performance may begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and has confirmed that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed (§ 356 (4) BGB).

This explicit consent is obtained separately prior to conclusion of the contract (e.g. via a checkbox at checkout) and is documented accordingly.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

4. Partially Performed Services

If you have requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall be required to pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time of withdrawal, compared to the full scope of services covered by the contract.
